The Problem:
On average the company receives 2- 3 new clients a week.  Usually obtaining a new client means a new website for the company. Having to go through the process of establishing what the client wants within their new website can be quite chaotic. In my experience car dealers are very visual people, so telling them what they could have, or showing them another clients website is not ideal.
The Goal:
With Dealer Draft it is my hope to streamline the new client web-build process, by saving hours of unnecessary back and forth with the client about the homepage content. So how might we allow account managers to crate a live templated homepage with the client during the initial on-boarding meeting?
Stakeholders:
The end user for Dealer Draft would be the Account Managers that work with the clients to figure out what they are looking for with the new website design.  We also need to keep in mind that the app might be sent remotely for the client to build their website components on their own.  Dealer Draft would not only benefit Account Managers and clients, but the web-build team as well.  Reducing the number of misunderstandings and eliminating the guesswork that comes with clients not fully understanding their website needs, will save hours of development time.
